This week, big names in beauty are making their mark with the introduction of new brands. British Vogue Beauty Editor Kathleen Baird-Murray has launched her debut business, La Pyae Apothecary, off the back of 30 years in the industry, and Sarah Kugelman of gloss.com and Skyn Iceland has announced her third beauty venture, All Golden. Elsewhere, scent is taking the reins, as Merit enters the fragrance category, Ouai and Dedcool once again partner for laundry products, and Dossier introduces a Musk collection. Including drops from Goop Beauty, Deinde, and Josh Rosebrook, here’s what else caught our editorial team's attention in the past seven days.RETAILSince Bubble launched four years ago, Australia has been one of the brand's top DTC markets. The Gen Z juggernaut now has its first retail partnership down under, launching nationwide with Priceline. While the retailer doesn't have the credibility of Mecca or Sephora, the drugstore giant allows the brand to have more accessibility in the region. Bubble will be available at 350 of Priceline’s more than 470 stores.Following a rollout with Sephora in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, Soko Glam's brand, Then I Met You, launched with the beauty retailer in the US. The brand has launched online and will roll out to an undisclosed number of brick-and-mortar doors in March 2025. Then I Met You also debuted at SpaceNK in the United Kingdom in August.Sister-founded Haircare brand The Beachwaver Co. has launched at Target, rolling out nationwide with haircare and hair tool bestsellers including the B1 Rotating Curling Iron and Great Barrier Heat Protectant Spray.
